|"Pay what you want when you want
if you want"
It is pretty simple. I make the stuff and you can take it, use it, share it, whatever. If you dig it drop me some cheese. If you don't want to no biggie, I just ask that you pass along the link to the project's page in/on your favorite social media platform. The more loot comes in the more I'll be able to spend my time making more things for you to not pay for. Honestly, either way I'll keep making stuff, but if you enjoy it as much as a coffee I'd appreciate the price of a coffee coming my way. If you like it as much as a new car even better.Note: I'm into running ads on my site or in my games, I think sofware shouldn't be annoying, and I'm not going to sell your information - I mean, I'm not even asking you for your information so I couldn't sell it even if I wanted to. Not that I want to. Because I don't. Just didn't want that to go unsaid. Seems kinda important.
I did mention I don't make violent games, right? No? Well I don't... That made sense, right?
Welcome to Jana Media - home of
and interactive experiments. Everything here is on a "pay what you want
when you want if you want" model (see left for more info
or to give me some monies)
and, yeah, I'd like to make a bazillion dollars making games, but I've
got a day job too so that kinda takes the pressure off of me making
money from these games. So if you dig the games please don't hesitate
to pass along some cheddar as it will encourage me to make more.
If not, oh, well, its not like you paid for 'em.
Instead of trying to make products that will sell I'm going to try to make thigns that are fun and/or interesting. First I'll be releasing some older projects of mine and you can see what they are on the left with expected release dates. Roy G Beats was up first - musical action tower defense and my pet project from this past summer. Soundzorz is now on-line too - a music creation toy for noobs (pc only). Sea Snake PC is available now too! A PC version of the iOS game with all new music, Sea Snake brings snake games into modernity.
I'm really most interesting in doing some funky stuff with sound and I'm thinking of doing a "poll-based" thing here where I'll put up a poll every now and then and let you guys (through your answers to the poll) guide the design of the next game. What to you think?
'Till then, though you'll have a deluge (hyperbole, for sure) of these older projects of mine for the foreseeable future. I'll also list projects here on which I work that are commercial endeavors or are not mine - like AliEnd. Not my project, but I'm doing sound on it and it is going to be a fun little game. I suggest you buy it when it comes out.
feeling so inclined, please take a
